Here you will discover a modern, state-of-the art production facility that allows us to consistently produce the best flushed colors and varnishes available in the industry. Cleanliness and reliability are the watchwords in production. Our team of seasoned technicians operates an extensive array of quality manufacturing equipment.

Like a finely tuned racecar, our production lines are backed by a "pit crew" of knowledgeable repairpersons and our own fully-equipped machine shop. We keep all of our equipment in peak operating condition consistent with our strict engineering specifications. Even our packaging reflects the care we put into the manufacture of our products.

Incoming Raw Material QC Procedures

•	Presscake is oven dried to affirm dry content
•	Presscake is slab flushed to check fitness of grind
•	Slab flush p/c is bleached for strength and checked by a spectrometer verses a standard p/c
•	Slab flushed p/c pull down is made to evaluate masstone, shade, body, transparency, gloss, and undertone.
•	All evaluations are recorded, stored on computer. Hard copy is distributed to VP of Manufacturing and Production Supervisor.

Lab Equipment: Gretag color computer, Laray and Brookfield viscometers, Rheometer, inkometers, hoover mullers, proof press, 3 lab flushers, 3 roller mill, grind gauges, and Dac mixer.
